            There's a crucial U.S. Senate vote Saturday night on the $1 trillion, 10-year health care reform bill. The vote decides whether the bill moves forward for debate. It happens on the same day as a doctors across the nation, including Orlando, plan to rally in an effort to educate the public on physicians concerns about the healthcare reform bill.
