NEW YORK (AP) - Major League Baseball says it got the replay call right in ruling that the Miami Marlins catcher blocked the plate, but it took too long. The disputed play happened last night in the Cincinnati Reds' 3-1 victory over Miami. Initially, the plate umpire called Cincinnati's Zack Cozart out. The 6-minute, 10-second review using the instant replay system over-ruled the call.

MIAMI (AP) - Forward Shawne Williams has signed with the Miami Heat. Williams spent part of last season with the Los Angeles Lakers. Williams also played last season with the Los Angeles D-Fenders of the NBA Development League. He has averaged 5.7 points and 3.1 rebounds in 251 career games.

DAVIE, Fla. (AP) - The biggest test yet for the Miami Dolphins' revamped offensive line will come tomorrow when the team scrimmages at its stadium. One week into training camp, exchanges between the center and quarterback have been a persistent problem, and blocking is an even bigger worry.

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (AP) - Jacksonville Jaguars rookie receiver Allen Robinson will miss extended time with another hamstring injury. Robinson strained his right hamstring in practice yesterday. It's the same leg that kept him out during organized team activities.
