    Earlier this year, the Winter Garden City Commission approved $120,000 worth of incentives to lure new development on property at 426 West Plant Street.  On Monday, demolition began on some old apartment buildings that sit on that property, which will soon make way for a new bar and market that will include a micro brewery.
