Cale Ramaker anchors Fox 35 News at 5, 6, 10 and 11 Monday through Friday.

Cale is orginally from the state of Washington. He was born in the Seattle suburb of Bellevue and also attended high school there. Cale spent the rest of his "youth" years growing up in Spokane.

Cale graduated Cum Laude from The University of Arizona in Tucson. He studied in the Honors College and was also a Regents Scholar.

Cale started as a sports broadcaster handling radio play-by-play work for baseball and women's basketball while still in college at Arizona. His first broadcating job after graduation was as a Sports Anchor/Reporter for KAMC-TV in Lubbock, Texas.

He became a news anchor while working for WSYM-TV in Lansing, Michigan. Cale won a number of investigative awards and his reporting on the U.S military's anthrax vaccine reached Congressional hearings.

Cale more recently worked as an evening anchor for KSTP-TV in Minneapolis/St. Paul, Minnesota from 1999 to 2003.

Cale is a supporter and volunteer with Big Brothers/Big Sisters. He has a "little" brother, Marius, and manages a scholarship named after his grandfather, a former National Big Brother/Big Sister of the year. The scholarship awards money to a boy and girl every year based on essays they write. Cale is a passionate fan of the Denver Broncos, Seattle Mariners and Washington State University Cougars. He can often be found at their "big" games.
