SEMINOLE COUNTY, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35, Orlando) -- A recent American psychological association survey says 54-percent of all Americans worry about the level of stress in their everyday lives. Whether it's office politics, personal conflicts, or even the rising cost of gas we are all apparently stressed out.

Mental health counselor Priscilla Kelly stopped by FOX 35 with some tips to help you cope.
