Set your cable box power on to FOX 35

Have you noticed that when you turn on your TV, it doesn’t start on the channel you were last watching?  Well, using your remote, you can set your cable box to start on WOFL FOX 35.Most cable companies have what they call a default Power-On channel.  So instead of powering on to their choice, you can make it YOUR decision and come to us here on FOX 35.

Basically, you press the Settings button on your Brighthouse remote and change the Power-On Channel option.  That’s the long and the short of it.

But to walk you through that process we have some step-by-step instructions. 

Here’s how to set the Power-On Channel to Start on WOFL or WRBW

On your remote:

Power up the cable box and television

Press SETTINGS to display the Quick Settings menu

Press A to display the General Settings menu

Press the UP or DOWN arrows to find the Power-On Channel selection

Press SELECT

Press the UP or DOWN arrows to find WOFL or WRBW

Press A to lock in your selection

Press EXIT
