Billy Crystal Gets Ready for Oscars in New Video

(EndPlay Staff Reports) - For all of those anticipating the return of Billy Crystal as the host of this year's Oscars, a promo has just been released giving viewers a tease for what's to come on Hollywood's biggest night.

The producers of the Academy Awards joined forces with comic connoisseur site, Funny or Die, to come up with a trailer welcoming back the, now nine-time, Oscar host, The Washington Post reported.

The trailer titled "Off the Grid," includes actors Josh Duhamel and Megan Fox as a duo hired to track down the legend they call, "The Host."

The video has Duhamel and Fox traveling across the world, ultimately to Mongolia, to find the "The Host," and bring him back to resume his duties. The promo plays out like an action-packed adventure film.

Cameos from former Oscar host and fellow comedian Robin Williams, as well as William Fichtner and Vinnie Jones are see in the trailer, too.

The "Mr. Saturday Night" actor is a favorite Oscar host, but hasn't hosted the awards show since 2006, according to entertainment blog Zap2It . Crystal will resume his hosting duties on Feb. 26.
