    In honor of Black History Month and African Americans who've made great contributions to America, FOX 35 is talking to Orlando's best and brightest all month long. Val Demings is an incredible example of how hard work and determination pays off. She was the first female police chief in the City of Orlando and now she's running for Congress. But success rarely comes easy. She stopped by Good Day to talk about the challenges she's faced along the way.
