The EPA says that your indoor air is 2-5 times more toxic than outdoors. Poor indoor air quality greatly impacts kids and adults with asthma and allergies (possibly even causing asthma), as well as simply being unhealthy in the long term. This is a great time of year for Central Floridians to create a healthier breathing environment indoors.
