SANFORD, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35, Orlando) - One Sanford homeowner resorted to some extreme measures to draw attention to his home, which has been on the market for several weeks. Bill Mills says the housing slump has played a number on him, so he decided to get a little creative during a recent open house for prospective buyers.
