ORLANDO, Fla. (AP) - A Florida judge has denied a series of motions by defense attorneys in the case of a mother charged with murdering her 2-year-old daughter.
Chief Judge Belvin Perry ruled Tuesday that Casey Anthony's jail visitation log records can't be sealed and he denied a request from defense attorneys seeking forensic research from prosecutors. The judge also said prosecutors had complied with an order to list the aggravating circumstances which may be used during sentencing if Anthony is convicted.
