Store clerks charged with selling beer to minors

Three Titusville store clerks have bee arrested and charged with selling beer to underage people.

The Titusville Police Department conducted an alcohol compliance check Thursday evening at 12 businesses and say at three of those businesses clerks sold beer to an underage person.

The following people were arrested:

Edward Richard Randonis, 21 of Rockledge who works as a clerk at the Winn-Dixie Liquor at 1529 N. Singleton Ave

Cyrus R. Brush, 56, of Titusville who works as a clerk at the Kangaroo Store at 1500 N. Singleton Ave.

Lourdes R. McIntosh, 43, of Titusville who works as a clerk at the Gas Kwik at 1220 S. Washington Ave.

All three were charged with 1 misdemeanor count of Sale of Alcoholic Beverage to an Underage Person were released at the scene and given a court appearance date.
