Man arrested for cyber stalking on Kesse site

ORLANDO, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35) - It has been four years of hell for Jennifer Kesse's family. Kesse has been missing since January 24, 2006. Every day that Jennifer's father, Drew, looks at a website dedicated to his daughter, he hopes a new tip will come.

Among emails and blog posts from well-wishers, he says that threatening email has appeared as well. It started popping up three years ago, he says.

Drew filed a complaint with law enforcement, wanting the person behind the threatening emails on FindJenniferKesse.com to be investigated.

On Friday, a man believed to be behind the threats was arrested. Tyler Green, 28, of Clermont, was charged with cyber stalking and writing threats to kill or do bodily harm.

"It was definitely threatening our family and just having Jennifer being taken, I get a little defensive when other people come near my family," said Drew.

In the arrest affidavit, the Florida Department of Law Enforcement said that on February 14, Green did "unlawfully write threats to kill and cyber stalk."

Nobody seems to know why the Kesse Family case was the target. "I never saw him, met him," said Drew. Green is in the Lake County Jail without bond.
