Bigger breasts without knives and pain

ORLANDO, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35) - Nursing student Michelle Barder wants to shed fat and get fuller breasts.  "To be more self-confident and happier when I’m shopping,” says Barder.  The 22-yr-old wants to go from a 36B to a small D, and lose the love handles too.

“Appearance isn’t everything, but it helps,” she adds.

So she made her appointment at the Bassin Center for Plastic Surgery in Orlando for a new procedure called Natural Fill .

“We can take a patients own fat, and the patient can go up a cup, or two sizes in their breast area. Were also using it to fill in facial lines and wrinkles, putting it in patients hands. We can use it for buttocks augmentation as well,” says Dr. Roger Bassin.

Dr. Bassin gently flushes intact fat cells from Michelle's body using AquaLipo.

“There’s not a drop of blood in here. It’s just pure fat,” he says.

No blood means no bruising.

“The more fat we can get out of her, the bigger we can make her breasts. There is a very very rich supply of stem cells in adult fat.

And why is that important?

“Those stem cells are going to differentiate into new fat cells in the breast area. That will lead to the generation of more fat,” says Dr. Rigoberto Medoza.

Translation?

Bigger breasts that have the potential to grow bigger -- depending on how much weight she gains after the NaturalFill procedure.

So the team injects Michelle's own fat into tiny tunnels just below the skin of her breasts.

“We just give little tiny pulses into each little tract so the fat is evenly dispersed and gets the best chance for survival,” says Dr. Bassin.
