    SANFORD, Fla. - WORKFORCE CENTRAL FLORIDA has opened its first JobVantage office, a new concept that the organization is rolling out in Seminole and Orange counties. This smaller niche office will cater to professional-level job seekers.

    Services are limited to employment assistance, job search activities and enhanced placement services. Unemployment and welfare services are not available at this location:
