ORLANDO, Fla. (AP) - Orlando police say a 38-year-old woman has been arrested after she was heard on video posted on Facebook urging her daughter to hit and bite another teen.

Sandra Padilla Miranda was arrested Thursday on charges of child abuse and contributing to the delinquency of a minor by causing the child to commit an act of delinquency.

Authorities say the girls -- ages 14 and 17 -- got into a confrontation at Boone High School on Jan. 18 and were suspended.

The Orlando Sentinel reports Padilla Miranda asked the girl to come to her apartment complex so they could settle the fight. Police say the woman told them she didn't want the fight to continue at school.

She was in the process of posting $1,100 bail late Thursday.
