Man accused of having sex with boy

Tanner Stickney, 29, of Washington, DC, was arrested Friday evening by FBI agents at Orlando International Airport as he was getting off of a plane.   According to court documents FBI officials had a search warrant Stickney accusing him of having sex with at least one young boy between the ages of 8 and 10 years old.

Federal investigators said they found a video in Stickney's Washington, DC apartment showing him engaged in sex acts with the young boy. Investigators said he was planning on visiting a woman he met on the Internet, Rhonda Bays.

Agents said Bays babysits little boys in her Eustis home and she was planning to "pimp" one of them out to Stickney. Agents confiscated dozens of emails and text messages between Bays and Stickney.

Investigators said Bays told them that Stickney had been to the area several times and each time would spend lots of money "taking her out."

According to FBI agents, Bays said she liked to play into Stickney's fantasies of having sex with boys; however, she told investigators that she never acted on these things.

Stickney is being held in the Seminole County jail. He waived his preliminary hearing and will be extradited back to Washington, DC to face charges. Bays is in the Seminole county jail on no bond.
