A star high school football player has been arrested, after police said he was busted during a drug sting in Osceola County.

On the same day that the Osceola Kowboys played in the state playoffs against Oviedo High School, 19-year-old Osceola High School senior William Bostic was one of nearly two-dozen people picked up in the bust.

Bostic is a defensive tackle for the Kowboys; a starter who was being eyed by several colleges as prospective recruit.
He and 22 others were arrested by Kissimmee Police in an operation authorities are calling the "Kissimmee Classic."

In addition to arresting Bostic, police stormed two home they are calling "known drug houses." Inside, they found weapons, bullets and cocaine.

Bostic is behind bars, and if convicted, faces at least three years in prison. Osceola High School defeated Oviedo in the Class 5A Regional Quarterfinals on Friday without Bostic, 34 to 14.
