Police looking for two robbers

DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. - Daytona Beach police investigators are looking for two men who robbed a Dollar General store Monday.

According to police the two men entered the store on 715 Mason Ave. just after 9:00 a.m.

One of the suspects went behind the counter and forced the clerk to open the cash register and not to move. The suspect had something shiny in his hands and pressed it against the clerk’s back.

The suspect then grabbed cash from the register and fled. Police said the two got away with less then $100.

The suspects are described as black males in their late 30’s or early 40’s. One had a low hair cut, black tank top black pants and black shoes. The suspect who went behind the counter also had a low hair cut and wore a dirty white t shirt with a white tank top under the shirt, black jeans pants and black shoes. Both suspects height appeared to be around 5 foot 7 to5 foot 8 inches tall.
