DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35) - Imagine thinking you've won more than $160 million, only to have it taken away. It's the kind of thing that nightmare's are made of and a Daytona Beach man has been living it after hitting it big at Tampa's Hard Rock Casino.

Bill Seebeck's phone rang off the hook when word got out he hit a $166 million slot machine jackpot Sunday.

"I have high blood pressure and I just about passed out! I was like… it was really something," he says.

The Volusia County restaurant owner was already thinking about sharing the money with people who need it more than him, when the casino hit him with stunning news.

"The first thing he said out of his mouth was, 'It's probably a malfunction. You probably didn't win anything.' You always hear about people winning, but you never think you're gonna be one of em. And then you do get picked finally and then you didn't win."

So Bill spent the last few days letting the world know he thought he'd been gypped. That's when the casino began talking settlement.

Bill is keeping tight-lipped about the terms of the agreement. "I don't really wanna say because its… don't wanna jeopardize anything." He says the casino warned him not to talk about the settlement or it will go away too. He did tell FOX 35 that it's something he can live with.

The Hard Rock is also being tight-lipped about the settlement, but they do say the most Bill should have won with the $1.50 bet that he made on the slots was $2500.
