Daytona Beach roads under water

DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35) - The city of Daytona Beach has closed several roads and is monitoring at least 15 others that are underwater due to heavy rain.

The following roads are closed and manned by police personnel:

Residents who have questions about local flooding or rainfall should call (386) 671-5555. The city has partially activated its Emergency Operations Center and is offering materials for sandbags at the Public Works facility located at 950 Bellevue Avenue. Residents should bring their own shovels.
