Good Day Cafe: Patacon Pisao - FOX 35 News Orlando

Patacon Pisao, a Vendy Awards finalist appeared on Good Day New York making their signature dish "Patacon", a plaintain sandwich.  The Patacon Pisao truck is located on 202nd Street between 9th and 10th Avenues in Manhattan.

Patacon (Plantain Sandwich)

1. Two double fried flatten green plantains disc.
2. Add your choice of meat: Chicken, Beef, Pork, or even all three. To one of the double fried green platain
3. Add ketchup
4. Add a square piece of fried Queso Blanco
5. Add some lettuce and Tomatoes
6. Topped off with special mayo, garlic, and other vegetables (special Sauce)
7. Than finish it up by adding the second double fried flatten green plantain disc.
8. $5 or $6 total

They have been around since August 2005  The food that we sell is considered to be typical street food in the City of Maracaibo, Venezuela. Trucks and stores selling the same exact things are seen all throughout Maracaibo.
