Accuser's Lawyer: Sandusky Video Bizarre

The attorney for "Victim One" tells Fox 29 that a recent New York Times interview with accused Penn State abuser Jerry Sandusky is "bizarre."

In the weekend interview, the former coach seems to insist that his actions were affectionate and not abusive.

Attorney Michael Boni, who represents "Victim One," told us  the interview Sandusky gave to the Times was reminiscent of the Bob Costas interview.  He called it "truly bizarre."

He went on to add that "Victim One" is devastated and feels as if he is essentially being called a liar.

Boni says that the most frustrating aspect of this for the victim is that, "The warning signs were there for well over a decade, at least."    He believes that Sandusky essentially used his "celebrity" status in State College to groom and gain he trust of the children.

The preliminary hearing for Sandusky is set for December 13th.  Boni is not yet sure if his client will have to testify.  There is a possibility that all the victims will have to attend.
