Dr. Oz believes the biggest health threat to teens is bad decisions. He joined us to discuss his new book, YOU: The Owner’s Manual for Teens, and his TIME Magazine cover story.

For example, teenagers need nine hours of sleep a night, but the average teenager only gets seven hours, according to Dr. Oz.

Tuesday at 6 p.m., Dr. Oz will hold a live web seminar to answer questions from teens about their health.

The Dr. Oz Show airs weekdays at 3 p.m. and 4 p.m. on Fox.
