Another arrest has been made in connection to the repeated abuse of a girl who was found dead, locked in a storage box last summer.
10-year-old Ame Deal was found discovered on July 12, 2011 in a foot locker in Phoenix. Investigation revealed that Ame had been tortuously abused by multiple family years since she was 4 years old.
John and Samantha Allen were charged with first degree murder, and Cynthia Stoltzmann and Judith Deal were charged with child abuse. 24-year-old Ammandea Stoltzmann was arrested in Glendale on Wednesday.
According to court paperwork, Ammandea Stoltzmann abused her cousin Ame on multiple occasions. She allegedly hit and kicked Ame, restrained her outdoors overnight with the use of a dog collar and chain, confined her in a dog kennel or crate, put hot sauce in her mouth, and scrubbed her face with a wire brush.
Stoltzmann also admitted to seeing Ame abused by other family members. She said Ame wasn’t schooled, allowed to play, or go anywhere with the rest of the family.
Stoltzmann is facing three counts of child abuse.
