One person has been arrested, after Chandler Police find the body of a headless man at an east valley apartment complex Sunday -- and they're looking for 3 others in connection to the crime.
Homicide detectives found a man stabbed and decapitated, after a party near Arizona Ave and Pecos. The suspect, 36-year-old Crisantos Moroyoqui, the victim, and several other men were drinking at the party.
Police said the men told them they fell asleep, and when they woke up, they found their friend lying in a pool of blood about 5:30 a.m.
Police said the head was found near the stabbed body of a 30-year-old Hispanic man. Police said it is unclear what weapon was used in the beheading.
Moroyoqui was charged with second-degree murder and hindering prosecution and was booked into jail after questioning, police said.
Moroyoqui is in the country illegally and is not cooperating with investigators, which makes it hard for them to determine a motive for the killing.
Monday night, police are looking for three other men in connection to the crime. They have surveillance photos of two of the subjects wanted for questioning. [Press play]
The victim's name is being withheld until police have notified his relatives.
