The widow of a murdered Dunwoody man has hired two former DeKalb County prosecutors to represent her, in case authorities file criminal charges against her.
Sources tell FOX 5 that former DeKalb County district attorney J. Tom Morgan and his former chief prosecutor, John Petry, will represent Andrea Sneiderman if she faces criminal charges.
DeKalb County authorities have never charged Andrea Sneiderman in connection with the murder of her husband Rusty outside a Dunwoody daycare last year.
But after the conviction of Andrea's alleged lover for the murder, Hemy Neuman, current DeKalb District County Attorney Robert James said he believed Andrea was involved in the death.
