Orlando Magic guard Chris Duhon's Sneakers-2-Succeed campaign collected 1,905 pairs of shoes for families identified by Seminole County Public School's Families in Transition (FIT) Program.
Duhon and his foundation partnered with The Art of Stepping (AOS) to create the Sneakers-2-Succeed campaign. The year-long campaign was an effort to collect new or gently used sneakers to promote health awareness and help combat obesity. The Jefferson Awards Program of Seminole County, in conjunction with Duhon and AOS, launched Operation 1-7-5-2, a Seminole County initiative under the Sneakers-2-Succeed campaign, which collects sneakers for students identified by Seminole County Public School's Families in Transition (FIT) Program.
