DETROIT (WJBK) -

FOX 2's Charlie LeDuff got a phone call from a guy named Ray.  He is a veteran and an amputee who uses a wheelchair and calls Wayne County home.

Ray also lives in a trailer and has no wheelchair ramp, so he called the county, which supposedly has millions in federal dollars to help guys like him.

Well, he claims Bob Ficano's people down at the county gave him the run-around, so Ray called FOX 2.  Charlie LeDuff picked him up and they went down to the county offices to see if the vet could get some satisfaction there.  So did he?
