Katy Perry performs at Fleet Week - FOX 35 News Orlando

Katy Perry wooed the crowd at Pier 9 in Brooklyn as she performed for troops at Fleet Week 2012 in New York City.

Perry wore an American flag dress for the concert which was organized by the USO and Tweeted to her Twitter followers:  "Sea men dock their vessels in the great city of NYC to experience the land from whence they came. I'm about to give them a show! Fleet week."
