Italian Appetizer Kabobs

1. Cut mozzarella and salami into 28 cubes. Wrap tomatoes with basil leaves. 2. Thread basil wrapped tomatoes, cheese, salami and olives onto skewers in desired pattern. 3. Brush with Italian dressing. Sprinkle with cracked pepper and salt, if desired.
Tip: Cooked shrimp or 1-inch cubes of cooked turkey, chicken or ham can be substituted for the salami, if desired.
