California Film Commission Asks Sacramento For Incentives

As the California legislature votes on the state budget today, the executive director of the California Film Commission tells our "Saving the California Dream" producer Heidi Cuda she'd like to create more jobs here in California.

But she's lacking one thing: enough incentives in her arsenal to ward off global competition. Amy Lemisch says, despite the fact that producers want to film in L.A., her annual film tax credit is allocated within a single day.
