Palm Bay Police plan to continue a search for a 22 year old woman missing from
her home since Thursday.
Four detectives searched through heavily wooded area
just two blocks from Marsharie Lemons-Garrett's home on Oaklyn Street. Police
are focusing the search in a densely wooded area where the woman's shoes and
socks were discovered. Family friend are also helping with the search. With
stacks of fliers, several men went door to door handing out the woman's picture,
while asking if neighbors had seen the woman in the past five days.
Police says there's no evidence of foul play at this time, but there is
concern for her well being because she has no known friends, no cell phone, and
"I've been praying for her ever since I found out what was
going on" said Jasmine Pangelinana, who lives a few houses away from
Lemons-Garrett. "I just know God knows where she's at. And I'm just asking him
to give everyone else wisdom so that they know where she's
Detectives ATV's said they had trouble searching the thick wooded
area on Wednesday, but they plan on returning with smaller vehicles and search
dogs on Thursday.
