ORLANDO, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35 ORLANDO) -

New documents have been released in the case against accused murderers Jesse Davis and Hector Rodriguez.

During a hearing on Friday, prosecutors said they would not seek the death penalty should Davis and Rodriguez be convicted of murder.

The two are accused of fatally shooting, then burning the bodies of Winter Park High School students Nicholas Presha and Jeremy Stewart in April.

New documents released reveal details about the lives and activities of the victims and the suspects in the time leading up to the killings.  The documents also include details of an interview with Angela Patterson, who was in a relationship with Davis at the time of the murders.
