Fulton County criminal case files found in court closet

Posted: Updated:
FULTON COUNTY, Ga. -

Criminal charges, dating back a decade or more, were found collecting dust in a Fulton County state court judge's chambers.

Charges included family violence, battery, drugs and DUI.

Once discovered, the cases were so old, many have been thrown out with no trial, no testimony, and no evidence presented.

Senior I-team reporter Dale Russell says accused criminals got lucky, but not the alleged victims.
