Ingredients:
4 cups fresh curly parsley, remove sticks, chopped
2 teaspoons fresh mint
1 cup chopped green onions
1 cup diced tomato
4 tablespoons burgul (cracked wheat), (presoaked in lemon juice for 7 minutes)
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 teaspoons salt
3/4 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup olive oil
Mix all ingredients together in a mixing bowl, let chill, serve.
