CHARLOTTE, N.C. (WOFL FOX 35 ORLANDO) - A charter flight carrying several NASCAR drivers got stuck in the mud when it veered off the tarmac while taxiing at Concord Regional Airport just outside of Charlotte, NC. The plane was bound for Dover.
The event became chatter among NASCAR drivers and fans on Twitter, Facebook and other social networks with photos posted on @twoninereyes, @BrianTheVoice, and @scottspeed just to name a few.
SBNation reports that Casey Mears, Scott Speed, Landon Cassill, Travis Kvapil, David Stremme and Paul Menard were among the drivers on the plane.
