ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35 ORLANDO) -
Orange County Sheriff's deputies, responding to a call of aggravated battery on Tuesday, discovered the body of a man in the garage of a Pine Hills area home.
Detectives are characterizing the murder of 62-year-old Jerome Gallon, as stemming from a domestic situation.
Janice Smith, 49, was arrested and charged with first-degree murder. Smith's sister-in-law, 52-year-old Elizabeth Kindred, was also arrested and faces a charge of accessory after the fact.
