
The Secret Service is cracking down on alcohol use by agents after that Columbian prostitution scandal a few months ago.
Fox News obtained an email announcing new standards were added to the agent training manual that include allowing "moderate" alcohol use while off-duty but requires agents to have not had any alcohol 10 hours before reporting to duty.
In a statement to Foxnews.com, an official called the rules "silly, hysterical and entirely unenforceable."
