A tree working its way inside the home of an elderly woman is doing some major damage and the woman tells Fox 29 she can't get anyone to do anything about it.
Fox 29 first introduced you to Anna Cummings Sunday night.
Cummings has a tarp covering the cracks and boards where the tree is growing inside the wall of her 54th Street home in West Philadelphia.
Cummings says the tree is pushing its way right through the bricks.
Cummings and her son, Dwayne Parker, tell Fox 29 reporter Dave Kinchen they've called everyone for help, including the city's 311 program but have been told that removing it is their responsibility.
After our story aired, a contractor offered to take a look at her home to see if there was anything they could do.
The contractor tells Fox 29 it doesn't look like the three can be removed without compromising the home.
Fox 29 will keep working to find a solution for her family.
