It was supposed to be the happiest day of a couple's life, but it wasn't for two wedding parties at a Philadelphia hotel Sunday.
A fight broke out in the hotel lobby of a Sheraton hotel in Society Hill area of Philadelphia between two different wedding parties, resulting in one death and several arrests.
Officials don't know what started the brawl, but say alcohol was involved. Police had to use batons to break up the fight which escalated around 1:30 a.m. and moved into the streets.
A 57-year-old man, said to be the uncle of one of the brides, suffered a heart attack and died. Three people were taken into custody during the incident and others ended up in the emergency room.
Police arrested two people for disorderly conduct and another for assaulting an officer.
An investigation is still continuing.
