
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (AP) -- A northeast Florida man has been charged with using enemas and then returning them to pharmacies resealed, claiming they were unused.
Federal prosecutors said Thursday that several of the enemas were then resold to unsuspecting customers.
Ronald Eugene Robinson is charged with tampering with consumer products.
If convicted, the 34-year-old Jacksonville man faces a maximum penalty of 10 years in prison and a $250,000 fine.
The customers who purchased the used enemas have been notified by authorities.
There were two phone listings for a Ronald E. Robinson in Jacksonville. The first number was disconnected and no answered the second number.
