Case manager caught throwing away official court records

Posted: Updated:
FULTON COUNTY, Ga. -

There are new developments in the strange story of how some 2,000 criminal case files were misplaced for years in a Fulton County judge's chambers.

The judge originally blamed her case manager's neglect. (View the statement by Fulton County Judge Susan Forsling regarding the missing case files.)

Now, we've learned the case manager was actually caught in the act of throwing away official court records.

Senior FOX 5 I-Team reporter Dale Russell has the latest update.
