Atlanta residents say they are fed up with seeing the city's drinking water running down streets non-stop. They're reporting water leaks that are, in some cases, weeks old.
Some citizens said that they have received a nonchalant response to complaints of leaks.
Arthur Graves said that he reported a leak in Buckhead but got frustrated with the customer service. He said he made the call in September, but didn't see a response for weeks.
City water officials confirmed that they received a complained from Graves on September 21. They said a crew investigated the leak this week, but they ran into a problem. The leak will take further investigation.
