ORLANDO, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35 ORLANDO) -
If you like horror films, you can screen up to 30 independent movies this weekend at the Freak Show Horror Film Fest in Orlando.
The three-day festival features national, international and local films and is part of Spooky Empire's Ultimate Horror Weekend convention at Hilton Orlando.
The films are not for kids, but the convention is family friendly, according to film festival organizer Robert J. Massetti.
The festival runs from Friday, Oct. 26 through Sunday, Oct. 28, at Hilton Orlando, 6001 Destination Parkway, near the Orange County Convention Center. Tickets are $30 and up. Go to FreakShowFilmFest.com for more information.
