It uses an app called Dyle TV and it is made possible through a partnership by major broadcasters including the FOX Network.

This is actually very convenient as the current digital television signals cannot be picked up while on the move. Dyle TV can work at speeds in excess of 100 miles per hour.
The app will come in really handy if you and your family are ever tucked away in your safe place in your house when a severe storm hits. Just think that you can get live updates from the FOX 5 Storm Team to let you know the current conditions.
Dyle TV is working on an antenna that will attach to other smart phones and tablets, so you could connect in more ways in the future.
