8 oz Rotini Fusili Noodles ( Cooked)
4 oz Heavy Cream
4 oz Half Half
4 oz smoked Gouda
3 oz Shredded Cheddar Cheese
2 oz Grated Parmesan cheese
1 oz sliced green onions
1 oz Chopped sun dried tomatoes
S & P to taste
6 oz Grilled Kielbasa Sausage
6 oz Grilled Chicken Breast
1. Combine Heavy cream and Half & Half in a sauté pan, heat with medium heat until warm, add all cheeses, lowering heat cooking until melted.
2. Combine Cooked Noodles, Cheese sauce, green onions and tomatoes, Salt & pepper to taste together in sauté pan until heated through.
3. Top with cheddar cheese and bake.
4. Served with grilled chicken or sausage.
