Posted: Updated:

Area football stars will get a cool opportunity on Sunday. They'll get to play on Ford Field just like the Detroit Lions.

The Think Detroit PAL Football Championships will kick off on Sunday morning beginning at 9:00am. The youngest teams will take the field first. The oldest age division will finish around 7:00pm. More than 7,500 fans are expected to turn out to root them on.

There will also be a homecoming luncheon at Ford Field in the Hall of Legends for Think Detroit PAL supporters.
