Waterford pawn shop robbery caught on camera, suspects remain at large

Police say the suspects used this stolen SUV to smash into the store. They eventually fled the scene in a red pickup truck.

WATERFORD TOWNSHIP, Mich. (WJBK) -- Police hope surveillance video can help identify five suspects who stole several guns from a local pawn shop.
Chief Dan McCaw says the suspects used a stolen Jeep Cherokee to smash through the front of the Mega Pawn Guns and More on the 4400 block of Dixie Highway early Tuesday morning. Once inside, two suspects removed the guns and fled the scene in an awaiting red Dodge pickup truck.
The break-in was recorded on camera and released to the public (see above) for help identifying the suspects.
Anyone with information on this case if asked to call police at 248-618-7515.
