`Breaking Dawn Part 2` ranks among best of `Twilight` films: Zwecker

"Breaking Dawn, Part 2" heralds the end of the "Twilight" movie franchise, and I must say this is one of the best of the five films. In my opinion, it is only surpassed by the original "Twilight" film released in 2008.
This final installment not only nicely wraps up the saga of the Cullen vampire clan, but also gives the devoted "Twilight" fans quite a nice, totally unexpected twist - which of course I won't reveal.
This is also the most romantic of the five films, as we see the deep love of Bella and Edward come to full fruition.
In Hollywood, Kristen Stewart spoke with me about the experience of playing Bella one last time. She gave credit to director Bill Condon for staying true to the love story in this final installment.
I also sat down with the man himself, Robert Pattinson, to talk about his amazing journey as part of the "Twilight" phenomenon.
However, "Team Jacob" fans know how important Taylor Lautner's werewolf character Jacob is to the "Twilight" franchise. He was happy to show his character's more humorous side in this film.
"Breaking Dawn Part 2" hits theaters at midnight.
As a special treat for Chicago fans, "Twilight" star Peter Facinelli will be attending screenings of the movie in Naperville and Woodridge. He will be hanging out at the Hollywood Palms and Hollywood Boulevard Theater all weekend.
Facinelli plays Carlisle Cullen, the patriarch of the family. Good Day Chicago chatted with him on Tuesday when he landed in downtown Chicago.
